Wildcard playing times confirmed

The EHF has announced the playing times of the VELUX EHF Champions League Wildcard Tournament, which will be played in the Palais des Sport JF Krakowski, Saint-Raphael in France on 8 and 9 September 2012. 

The schedule of games is as follows:

Semi-final 1 
Saturday, 8 September
16.30 hrs (local time)
HSV Hamburg vs. Orlen Wisla Plock        

Semi-final 2
Saturday, 8 September
19.00 hrs (local time)
Saint-Raphael Var Handball vs. Cimos Koper 

Final 3/4
Sunday, 9 September:                                                                                                       
16.00 hrs (local time)    

Final
Sunday, 9 September:                                                                                                      
19.00 hrs (local time)

The winner of the final on Sunday, 9 September 2012 will receive a direct place in the Group A of the Group Phase of the VELUX EHF Champions League. 

They will join teams from Montpellier Agglomération Handball (FRA), Chekhovskie Medvedi (RUS), SG Flensburg-Handewitt (GER), Reale Ademar Leon (ESP) and the winner of the Qualification Tournament 1.

The fourth placed team in the Wildcard tournament will qualify for the EHF Cup second round of qualification, the second and third placed teams will qualify for the third round of the new competition.
