Olympic hosts launch new website ahead of London 2012 Games

New website for British Handball

With less than two months to the start of the London 2012 Olympic Games, the British Handball Association has revamped its online presence and launched a new website.

The new site at www.britishhandball.com is part of the association’s efforts to cater for the expected huge growth in interest in the sport as the UK sporting public gets to see the world’s top handball teams in action in London.

Containing reports on the men’s and women’s progress as they approach their very first Olympic Games, including the teams’ results in qualification for the Women’s EHF EURO 2012 and Men’s EHF EURO 2014, the website contains a wealth of handball related information.

There is an opportunity to meet the Olympic teams and also download the British Handball Fold-out Game Guide, which will be given out to spectators at the Games themselves.

The new website complements the British Association’s social media sites including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
