EHF Club Management Seminar in Cologne

The European Handball Federation’s EHF Competence Academy & Network (CAN) is to hold a seminar for professional club managers in Cologne, Germany from 24-26 May 2012 on the fringes of the VELUX EHF FINAL4.

The seminar will examine a range of topics, from best practice in club handball, crisis management and communication as well as corporate social responsibility in sport.

Key note speakers include Axel Sierau from the Sports Meets Charity, Heinz Palme from the International Centre for Sport Security, Christian Müller, the Bundesliga Foundation and Dr. Stefan Walzel

EHF official and staff including Jan Tuik, Chairman of the EHF Competitions Commission, Helmut Höritsch, Senior Manager Education and Development and Makus Glaser, Senior Manager Competitions will also be playing an active role in the event.

Participants from nine nations including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Norway, Romania, the Ukraine and Belarus will take part.

One of the highlights of the event will bet he chance to follow the action of the VELUX EHF FINAL4 in the LANXESS arena as THW Kiel, Füchse Berlin, Atletico Madrid and AG Kobenhaven play fort he VELUX EHF Champions League title.
