EHF Court of Handball decisions released

Decisions have been made by the EHF Court of Handball following disciplinary proceedings against Jesper Brian Noddesbo of FC Barcelona Intersport (ESP) and Kasper Hvidt of AG Kobenhavn (DEN).

Both players received a direct disqualification in the 58:45 minute of the EHF VELUX Men's Champions League Quarter-final match betwen AG Kobenhavn and FC Barcelona Intersport on 20 April 2012.

Referreing to the EHF legal bodies case law, the EHF Court of Handball found that the conduct of the players Jens Brian Noddesbo and Kasper Hvidt sanctioned during the match did not meet the necessary characteristics to impose further sanction.

The players are therefore eligible to play in the 2nd leg Quarter-final match FC Barcelona Intersport vs AG Kobenhavn which will take place in Barcelona on 28 April 2012.
