EHF Men's 20 European Championship Final Tournament Draw Result

The EHF Headquarters in Vienna was the setting for the Final Tournament Draw of the EHF Men's 20 European Championship 2012 on Friday 13 April.

The draw results are as follows:

Group A - Besyo Hall, Eskisehir
Spain
Norway
Turkey
Czech Republic

Group B - Besyo Hall, Eskisehir
Croatia
Poland
Portugal
Russia

Group C - Ankara Arena, Ankara
Denmark
Sweden
Iceland
Switzerland

Group D - Ankara Arena, Ankara
Germany
France
Serbia
Slovenia

The tournament is for players born in 1992 or younger and will take place between 5 and 15 July 2012.

Sixteen teams will battle for the title, three nations directly qualified: hosts Turkey, Croatia and Spain – winners and runners-up of the EHF Men's 18 European Championship 2010 respectively, whilst 13 teams qualified through the qualification round which took place between 6 and 8 April 2012.

Organiser Turkey had the right to choose their group after the first two teams were drawn and opted for Group A.
