Spain successful in their final tests

One week before the start of their EHF EURO 2012 campaign, the Spanish men are full of confidence. They have won two inter-continental test matches against Argentina and Tunisia clearly in their final stage of preparation on the Island of Lanzarote.

Wing player Juanin Garcia with 9 and pivot Julen Aguinagalde with 6 goals were the top scorers in the 35:21 (17:11) victory over Tunisia, when Spain was absolutely dominant thanks to their counter attacks.

The defence was the key to success in the Spanish 34:16 (13:7) victory against Pan-American Champions Argentina. Raul Entrerrios was top scorer with six goals, and the game was effectively decided when the Iberians led by ten goals after 43 minutes.
