2012 EHF Top Coaches’ Seminar: Registration Details

The 2012 EHF Top Coaches’ Seminar will take place on Thursday, 19 January – Sunday, 22 January 2012, in Belgrade on the occasion of the EHF EURO 2012 in Serbia and is coordinated by the EHF Competence Academy & Network (EHF CAN).

Top coaches from Europe, as well as any other continents working with top teams, are kindly invited to attend the EHF seminar that will be organised in cooperation with the Serbian Handball Federation.

Furthermore, the seminar will provide the opportunity to view the Preliminary Round (Thursday, 19 Jan. 2012) and Main Round (Saturday, 21 Jan. 2012) matches of the EHF EURO 2012.

The exchange of handball know-how and transfer in Europe shall be fostered as an EHF service for the EHF Member Federations by making use of national and international handball experts and external lecturers.

Prominent Presenters

The EHF is proud to present two renowned coaching experts that will hold presentations for the guests of the seminar. The Hungarian Peter Kovács has confirmed his participation, as well as Germany’s Rolf Brack.

The allowance for participants is 100 people, and selections will be made on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis, so please be sure to quickly fill out and return the registration form to ensure your place!The deadline is 30 November 2011.

Seminar topics

In addition to their presentations and practical demonstrations, the lectures will be available for panel discussions. The 2012 EHF Top Coaches’ Seminar will also incorporate main topics on the visions of future development in offence as well as in defence.

Using the top level matches of the EHF EURO 2012, a comprehensive analysis of the European Championship will be on offer as well.

Top Coaches’ Seminars

With the aim to inspire handball coaches all over Europe and to exchange knowledge, experience and new ideas, the EHF has been organising various coaching courses since 1996. The last of these took place in Vienna during the EHF EURO 2010 in Austria.
