Clear French victory

Two victories mean the first title in the Challenge Cup for the club of Mios Biganos from the Gironde region of France.

After battling through against tough domestic opponent Handball Cercle Nimes in the semi-final, the team of coach Emmanuel Mayonnade had no problem in defeating their Turkish opponent in the Final.

The coach was pleased about the victory: "This success is extraordinary for the club, it´s a great reward for everyone involved."

Outstanding players and main pillars of the success were Tunisian international Ines Khouildi and French national team player Paule Baudoin, both being the top scorers of the two finals.
