2011 Women’s 19 European Championship Qualification

Between 4-14 August 2011, the final tournament of the 2011 Women’s 19 European Championship will be played in the Netherlands.

Five teams – Netherlands (organiser), Denmark, Russia, Norway and France (places 1-4 at the 2009 Women’s 17 European Championship) – have already qualified.

Eleven teams from the qualification tournaments will join them at the final tournament, including the six group winners plus the five teams ranked second in the groups 1-5.

Group 1 – to be played in Pozega (SRB)

  • Spain
  • Serbia
  • Finland
  • Iceland

Group 2 – to be played in Altdorf (SUI)

  • Slovakia
  • Germany
  • Switzerland
  • Austria

Group 3 – to be played in Kalocsa (HUN)

  • Hungary
  • Sweden
  • Estonia
  • Montenegro

Group 4 – to be played in Dzierzoniov (POL)

  • Croatia
  • Israel
  • Poland
  • Greece

Group 5 – to be played in Cherson (UKR)

  • Czech Republic
  • Ukraine
  • Slovenia
  • Italy

Group 6 – to be played in Leiria (POR)

  • Romania
  • Portugal
  • Turkey
  • Bulgaria

The six qualification tournaments will take place on 22 – 24 April 2011.
