A new video news service for handball fans has been launched in Lillehammer, Norway as the EHF Women’s European Championship reaches its final stages.

Reporting live from both Lillehammer and Herning, Denmark will be Icelander, Adolf Ingi Erlingsson, who will be offering fans a unique view behind the scenes at the European Handball Federation’s top national team event.

EHF EURO WebTV will be available via the official website of EHF EURO 2010 – www.ehf-euro.com – as well as the event’s YouTube Channel.

Adolf is an experienced handball commentator and sports journalists in his home country of Iceland. He has commentated on every major handball event for the national broadcaster in Iceland over the past 10 years, including four Olympic Games.

The new video service complements the live and on-demand match streaming from the championship available at www.ehf-euro.com and the daily highlights clips from the event.

A full news, statistics and photo service can also be found on the official website, offering the best coverage yet from an EHF EURO event.

The first video reports from EHF EURO 2010 are already online and include a summary of EHF EURO Day 8 of the Main Round in Lillehammer and interviews with EHF delegate, Helga Magnusdottir and public announcer, Tor Inge Martinsen.
