Handball fans rush to buy category 1 tickets

Category 1 tickets for the second edition of the VELUX EHF FINAL4, which will be played in Cologne on 28 and 29 May 2011, have proved to be very popular with handball fans.

Already just a few weeks into the sale of tickets, there are no more Category 1 (200 €) tickets available in the VELUX EHF FINAL4 online ticket shop.

The seats, located close to the court in the LANXESS arena, have sold quickly since the event was launched on 7 September 2010.

There are still plenty of opportunities for handball fans to book their place in Cologne with tickets available to buy in the VIP area, category 2 (150 €), category 3 (100 €) and category 4 (50 €).

Tickets can be booked online at the VELUX EHF FINAL4 Ticket Shop via the official website at ehfFINAL4.com. Tickets are valid for both days and all four matches of the event.

Demand for the remaining tickets is expected to rise over the next few weeks as the first games of the VELUX EHF Men’s Champions League throw off.

Only 2000 tickets additional tickets will be released for fans of the four participating teams at the beginning of May 2011, and fans are advised to book now to ensure that have their place at the biggest club handball event of the season.
