The right to organise the Women’s 17 ECh 2011 qualification tournaments was awarded to the teams drawn into row four. As teams which were awarded with the right to organise the 2009 Women’s 17 European Championship qualification do not have the right to be the organiser again, this gives us the following right holders:

Group 1: Turkey, Group 2: Iceland, Group 3: Belarus, Group 4: Azerbaijan, Group 5: Greece, Group 6: Israel, Group 7: Portugal and Group 8: France (as Slovenia was the organiser the last time)

If the national teams in row 4 of each group decline to organise the tournament, the right is passed on to the teams in row 2 (or row 1 in the group 8), then row number 1 (or row 3 in the group 8) and finally row 3.

The eight tournaments will take place on 25 – 27 March 2011, the final tournament is played in the Czech Republic on 23 June – 3 July 2011.
