Rhein-Neckar Löwen to organise Wild Card Tournament
The Qualification Tournaments for the 2010/11 EHF Men’s Champions League as well as the Wild Card Qualifier will be played on 3-5 September 2010.
The winner of each qualification tournament will secure a place in the Group Phase of the CL.
Following an evaluation of the organisational criteria of the Wild Card Qualifier, the EHF has confirmed that the tournament will be organised by the German club Rhein-Neckar Löwen and the games will be played in the Europahalle of Karlsruhe.
The four teams of the Wild Card Qualifier are Reale Ademar (ESP), Rhein-Neckar Löwen (GER), Bjerringbro-Silkeborg (DEN) and RK Gorenje Velenje (SLO). The winner of the group will continue in Group A of the Group Phase.
