Denmark win European Open

The 2010 European Open Championship ended with a Danish success over the weekend.

The Women's 18 National Teams met during the Partille Cup in Gothenburg and the 19 participating teams played altogether 80 matches over five days.

The bronze medal was taken by the hosts as Sweden have beaten Poland 28:22 and Denmark took the gold by beating Russia 24:20 on Sunday.
