Final Tournament Draw: M20 ECh in Slovakia

Following the conclusion of the qualification tournaments last weekend, 14 teams are known for the  for the 2010 M20 European Championship (29 July to 8 August in Slovakia). The last two teams will be known only after Qualification Group 2 (postponed due to the air traffic chaos) will be played. The new date will be published later.

Germany (1st of the 2008 M18 ECh) and Denmark (2nd of the 2008 M18 ECh) as well as Slovakia (host team) qualified automatically while the other 13 teams had to go through qualifiers to earn their places at this year’s final tournament.

The final draw will take place on Friday, 30 April 2010, at 13:00 am in the EHF Office in Vienna. The 16 teams will be drawn into 4 groups of 4 teams each. Slovakia as the organiser will have the right to choose the group.
