EHF EURO 2012: 2nd Workshop in Vienna

The delegation of the Serbian Handball Federation has paid a visit to the EHF Headquarters on 24-25 March. The two days were used for a workshop, which was the biggest coordination meeting so far in the run-up to the championship.

The Serbian delegation, led by President Velimir Marjanovic and Secretary General Bozidar Djurkovic, presented the status of preparations for the EHF EURO Event. Among a huge number of various matters discussed, the Serbian organising partners informed the EHF on the progress of the hall construction in the city of Nis and reassured that the works are going according to schedule.

The Qualification draw for the EHF EURO 2012 is coming up on 12 April 2010 and it was also on the agenda. The Serbian Handball Federation and EHF are looking forward to this event that will mark the beginning of the road to the Final Tournament taking place on 17-29 January 2012.
