EURO media accreditation closed

The media accreditation procedure has arrived at its last phase. The deadline to submit applications for the representatives of the media has passed on 15 December 2009.

The huge number of applications are an encouraging sign in the run-up to the EHF EURO 2010 that will throw-off on 19 January 2010. Over 600 journalists (not including TV and Radio) applied to cover the events directly from the venues - Graz, Linz, Innsbruck, Wr. Neustadt and Vienna.

Many of the media representatives will arrive from the host country Austria and from traditional handball nations such as Germany, France or Croatia. At the same time, journalists will make their way to the EURO from as far as Japan, Pakistan and Australia.

In the upcoming weeks the EHF will contact all applying journalists and send an official response. For more information and for contacts, please visit the Media Corner of the official EHF EURO 2010 website.
