Oustorp: Nothing has changed!

Byåsen coach Geir Oustorp talked to Eurohandball.com about the situation of his team after losing the opener in Group A.

Eurohandball.com: Viborg prevailed over you in Round 1. What does it mean to your chances?

Geir Oustorp: I don’t think that any team will have a chance against Viborg in our group at home or away. I expect them to win all their matches. They settled their lines by signing Johanna Ahlm and getting Bojana Popovic back. We are still aiming at the second position to reach the main round.

Eurohandball.com: Do you find it realistic?

Geir Oustorp: Yes, absolutely. We are new in this group stage, but I feel we have a chance against the two other teams in the group.

Eurohandball.com: Podravka are coming up…

Geir Oustorp: It will be another tough match, no doubt. Podravka play very well at home in front of a fine crowd putting a lot of pressure on the visitors. However, they also lost their first match, so they cannot take it easy either.

Eurohandball.com: You will probably need to take away points in this group. Where do you think you will have the best chance for that?

Geir Oustorp: Well, probably our best opportunity would be against Podravka. But as I said, it will be a tough game.
