Popovic returned with a defeat

Bojana Popovic is back on the handball court! The elegant Montenegrin backcourt player, who suffered a knee ligament injury at one of the Champions League matches in Vienna back in February, made a remarkably quick comeback. The CL winner Viborg played a Danish league game on Saturday against Aalborg DH.

Even though Ahlm scored 8 goals at her debut and Popovic scored 6 at her comeback game, it did not help Viborg much. Aalborg won the match 34-30.
