A legendary player said goodbye and joined a Serbian club.
Todorovska left Podravka
Following the announcement of financial difficulties of the Croatian women's top team, Podravka Vegeta, the foreign players, Ana Đokić, Julija Portjanko, Anita Bulath and Orsolya Herr left the club.
The right winger of the team, Natalia Todorovska, also signed for another club, Zaječar. The ambitious Serbian club decided to take this opportunity and sign one of the best right wingers in the world.
Zaječar have big objectives for next season. They will play in four competitions: Challenge Cup, Women's Regional Handball League, Serbian Championship and Serbian Cup.
Todorovska was born in Volgograd in 1974. In 2002 she won the CL trophy with Kometal. Last season the FYR Macedonian international was one of the key players of Podravka Vegeta. Todorovska scored 47 goals and the club achieved their best CL result, quarterfinals, in the last 10 years.
