The Larvik Beach Arena is preparing for the final day of competition at European Beach Handball Championships.

Today saw the quarter and semi-final stages of the men’s and women’s competitions as well as matches to decide the lower rankings of the competition.

In the men’s competition the following rankings were decided by the consolation round of matches:

10 UKR - Ukraine
11 SUI - Switzerland
11 ITA - Italy
12 SWE - Sweden

Following the completion of the women’s consolation round the teams are ranked as follows:

9 POL - Poland
10 SWE - Sweden
11 TUR - Turkey
