EURO qualification completed

As Round 10 of the EURO Qualification was played over the past weekend, the list of EHF EURO 2010 participants has been finalised now.

The last EURO places open until the very last match day were taken by Poland, Slovenia and Hungary.

Teams in Austria

A total of 16 teams will be competing at the EHF EURO 2010 in January.

The two national team directly qualifying, Austria (organiser) and Denmark (defending champion), will be joined by Croatia,  Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Norway, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Ukraine.

EURO Draw

The draw for the EHF EURO 2010 Final Tournament will be carried out in the framework of the Champions' Draw, a gala event in the Museum Liechtenstein of Vienna on 24 June 2009 at 19:00hrs.
