The members of the Arbitration Tribunal convened to discuss the cases of alleged manipulation attempts.
Arbitration Tribunal Coordination Meeting
The members of the EHF Arbitration Tribunal convened on Saturday 16 May 2009 in Vienna. The objective of the meeting was to present the eight cases of alleged manipulation attempts and jointly define the necessary further procedures.
In the period preceding the Coordination Meeting, detailed reports, statements and documentation have been collected on all the cases concerned. Based on the available information, the Arbitration Tribunal members came to a decision whether to dismiss the case, continue with the inquiries or to put the case to a decision making phase.
According to the joint decisions of the Arbitration Tribunal members, further inquiries are necessary in two cases and also in another case to clarify certain details.

The three-member decision panels for the respective cases will be defined by Rui Coelho, President of the Arbitration Tribunal, in the upcoming days.
