Changes in Hypo

The Austrian club has signed a new player for the next months in the competition.

Stronger connection with the home country: Piedade gets a new Brazilian team mateDeonise Fachinello, Brazilian backcourt player, will arrive from Spain. The South-American international player was in Leon and Itxako Navarra before.

Fachinello will have a very easy task to fit in with three other Brazilian ladies in the team.

Piedade, Do Nascimento, and Mesquita will help her in the first days by the Austrian club. These four players were there in the Brazilian national team in Beijing as well.

Fachinello had a meteoric career in Brazil and arrived to Spain in the 2006/07 season. Leon was her first club in the ABF League and she was nominated the best talent of this first year. Her great performances convinced Ambros Martin, Itxako coach, and signed her. She has played for Itxako a season and a half.

All transfer papers will be ready this week and the 25-year old back player can join Hypo soon in the main round of the CL. She is 180 cm tall with 75 kg, ideal for back positions.

Englert, Aćimović and Kim leaving

As ehfcl.com reported earlier, goalkeeper Sabine Englert will not play for Hypo next season. In addition, Gorica Aćimović is heading to Viborg and pivot Cha-Youn Kim is going back to Asia.
