Gyula Forgács from the Hungarian PLER KC will be suspended for one game following a direct disqualification in the Men's Cup Winners' Cup.

Suspension of Gyula Forgács (PLER KC/ HUN) for one match of EHF club competitions.
Vienna, 16 October 2008 - The EHF Body of 1st Instance has dealt with the case of Gyula Forgács (PLER KC/ HUN).
The body was called together following the direct disqualification of Gyula Forgács in the last seconds (59:55) of the Men's Cup Winners' Cup match between PLER KC/HUN and Mersin Yenisehir/TUR, for an action of serious unsportsmanlike conduct. The game was played in the first leg of Round 2 of the Cup Winners' Cup on 11 October 2008.
As a result, Forgács has been suspended for one match of an EHF club competition, which means that he will not be eligible to play in the next Men's Cup Winners' Cup match (Round 2 second leg, Mersin Yenisehir/TUR vs PLER KC/HUN on 18 October 2008 in Turkey).
