Ciudad pay high price 

Though the Spanish side can be satisfied with reaching the final against Kiel, Ciudad Real may be quite concerned about the upcoming Champions League final.

Kallmann, Davis and Sterbik have physical problems, while Olafur Stefansson – playing in top form in Hamburg – was sent off in the last seconds of the semi-final. It is not exaggerated to say that the victory in Color Line cost dear for Ciudad Real. Anyway, they will have to play the Spanish Cup this week.

There is a lot of pressure on Croatian right back, Petar Metlicic now. He must recover as soon as possible and reach his top form for the finals.

Árpád Sterbik suffered a muscle injury. Though this problem is not serious, the mighty goalkeeper will have to skip the Spanish Cup game this week. Hombrados will replace him.

Winger Jonas Kallmann also picked up a minor injury in his right ankle, but it is probable that he would play notwithstanding.

Spanish international winger, David Davis, finished the game in Hamburg after a hard knock in the head. He was pushed during a jump and David fell badly. His head knocked towards the floor and had to leave the court. Though the incident looked quite worrying at first, his injury is also not serious.
