Live Streaming: successful launch

Last weekend EHF Marketing, in cooperation with Laola TV, launched a new service. Two top matches of the EHF Champions League, Ivry vs Kiel and Montpellier vs Gummersbach, were brought to you live on ehfCL.com by adidas.

The initiative proved to be a success with 30,000 visits over the weekend, 60% of them German handball enthusiasts watching the games live.

After such a positive reception, ehfCL.com will continue the EHF Champions League live streaming. This weekend three matches will be on our programme:

Saturday, 16 February, 16:00hrs
Portland San Antonio vs SG Flensburg Handewitt

Saturday, 16 February, 17:00hrs
FC Barcelona vs Celje Pivovrana Lasko

Sunday, 17 February, 18:00hrs
BM Ciudad Real vs Montpellier HB

Because of the valid TV contracts with the EHF CL host broadcasters, the live streaming service will not be available in the countries of the home teams. Please note that all these matches will be broadcast live on TV in the countries of the interested teams.
